Trade negotiations between Canada and the United States are still on hold as the new year approaches. An Ontarian anti-tariffs ad aired in the U.S. is being faulted for the disruption. Despite the tension between the two countries, Pete Hoekstra, U.S. Ambassador in Canada, says the best way for America to move forward is to have a strong partnership with Canada.
