S’adressant aux journalistes, le PM Mark Carney commente l’annonce du départ de Kirsten Hillman, qui quittera son poste d’ambassadrice du Canada aux É.-U. Il l’a qualifié d’«exceptionnelle ambassadrice pour le Canada». «Elle a fait un job extraordinaire», ajoute-t-il.
