Eleanor Olszewski, the federal minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada, makes an announcement regarding the Prairie Partnership Initiative. She is joined at the event in Ottawa by a number of Liberal MPs, including Ginette Levac, Bucky Bélanger, and Ben Carr. (December 9, 2025)
