Environnement : Le projet de loi Q-5 « est une dérive », dénonce la DG de Nature Québec

Les plus grandes organisations environnementales du Québec dénoncent une série de mesures et de projets de loi du gouvernement Legault qui, selon elles, « affaiblissent l’action climatique » et « fragilisent l’État de droit ». Le ministre de l’Environnement, Bernard Drainville, annonce qu’il veut réduire les délais pour les autorisations environnementales de 18 à 9 mois en moyenne. Alice-Anne Simard, directrice générale de Nature Québec, estime que ce projet de loi vient limiter les contrepouvoirs et la participation citoyenne, en plus d’écarter des obligations en matière d’environnement.
