New U.S. Security Strategy is “Very Problematic”, Says Bob Rae

The White House released its National Security Strategy last week. The document says the United States must be preeminent in the Western Hemisphere. To ensure that, the superpower would discourage collaborations with anyone else. Bob Rae, former Canadian ambassador to the U.N, sees this vision of security as very problematic and stresses the need for the country to push back on this strategy.
