Vers une hausse de la facture d’épicerie en 2026 – Explications avec Sylvain Charlebois

Les Canadiens devront s’attendre à payer encore plus cher pour se nourrir l’an prochain. Selon le nouveau rapport sur les prix alimentaires, la facture annuelle d’épicerie d’une famille de quatre personnes dépassera les 17 000 $ en 2026, soit près de 1 000 $ de plus que cette année. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, Sylvain Charlebois, auteur principal du rapport et directeur scientifique du Laboratoire de sciences analytiques en agroalimentaire de l’Université Dalhousie, précise qu’une part importante de cette hausse est liée au coût de la viande, fortement touché par les changements climatiques.
