Le remaniement ministériel à Ottawa provoque déjà des remous dans la politique canadienne. Joël Lightbound a été nommé lieutenant du Québec par le premier ministre Mark Carney, à la suite de la démission de Steven Guilbeault. Que faut-il retenir de ce choix ?
