S’adressant aux journalistes sur la colline du Parlement, le porte-parole du Bloc Québécois en matière de justice, Rhéal Éloi Fortin, discute de son projet de loi concernant la décision de la Cour suprême dans l’affaire R. c. Jordan. Ce jugement de 2016 établit que les affaires criminelles dépassant certains délais peuvent être suspendues en raison de délais déraisonnables.
