Les conseillers du président Trump, Steve Witkoff et Jared Kushner, ont rencontré aujourd’hui à Moscou le président russe Vladimir Poutine afin de le convaincre d’appuyer la plus récente ébauche du plan de paix américain pour l’Ukraine. Rien n’indique toutefois que Poutine soit prêt à négocier ou à faire des concessions. Selon Dominique Arel, titulaire de la Chaire d’études ukrainiennes à l’Université d’Ottawa, les conditions exigées par le président russe sont inacceptables pour l’Ukraine.
