Yin Yoga at Kamloops Hot Yoga

Join the TRU Wellness Centre at Kamloops Hot Yoga to explore emotional regulation benefits of moving your body!

This free session of Yin Yoga is a wonderful activity during the exam season.

Date: Wednesday, Dec. 10

Time: noon – 1:15 p.m.

Location: Kamloops Hot Yoga, 953 Laval Crescent, unit 6

REGISTER HERE

Before your session:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat
  • Show your student ID or employee ID at the door

This event is free because of a generous donation from Lululemon and funding from the Wellness Centre!
