Steven Guilbeault, ancien ministre fédéral de l’Environnement devenu en mars dernier, ministre de l’Identité et de la Culture canadiennes, démissionne du cabinet du premier ministre Mark Carney. Son départ survient quelques heures à peine après la signature d’un protocole d’entente entre le premier ministre et la première ministre albertaine Danielle Smith, visant à ouvrir la voie à un éventuel pipeline de bitume vers la côte ouest. Pour analyser ce coup de tonnerre, Marc-André Cossette reçoit Joël-Denis Bellavance (La Presse), Catherine Lévesque (National Post) et Boris Proulx (Le Devoir).
