Ministers Julie Dabrusin (environment) and Maninder Sidhu (international trade), Liberal MP Ron McKinnon, Conservative MPs Mike Lake and Stephanie Kusie, Bloc Québécois MP Xavier Barsalou-Duval, as well as NDP MPs Gord Johns and Jenny Kwan react to the memorandum of understanding on energy between the federal and Alberta governments, which sets the groundwork for a new bitumen pipeline from that province to the north coast of British Columbia.
