Ottawa annonce de nouvelles mesures pour aider l’industrie de l’acier

Le premier ministre Mark Carney a annoncé aujourd’hui des mesures totalisant 745 millions de dollars pour soutenir les industries canadiennes de l’acier et du bois d’œuvre. Le Canada entend notamment limiter les importations d’acier en provenance de pays qui n’ont pas conclu d’accord de libre-échange avec lui. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, François Desmarais, vice-président au commerce et aux affaires industrielles de l’Association canadienne des producteurs d’acier, se dit très satisfait de cette annonce.
