Environmentalist Raises Concerns on Alberta’s Oil Pipeline Project

Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith are expected to make an announcement tomorrow regarding the future of energy policy and address the possibility of a new pipeline. Thomas Green, senior climate policy advisor at the David Suzuki Foundation, believes the federal government would be making a mistake by investing in a new pipeline rather than investing in renewable electricity.
