Les consultations publiques sur le projet de constitution québécoise débutent la semaine prochaine. Déjà, plusieurs experts reprochent au gouvernement Legault d’avoir inversé l’ordre des choses en sondant la population après avoir rédigé son projet de loi. Louis-Philippe Lampron, professeur à la Faculté de droit de l’Université Laval, estime que le texte proposé par la CAQ est, en lui-même, problématique.
