Prime Minister Mark Carney says he doesn’t have a burning issue to speak with U.S. President Donald Trump about , as trade negotiations are still suspended. Scott Moe, premier of Saskatchewan, hopes that the prime minister will get back to the negotiating table sooner rather than later.
