Les États-Unis et l’Ukraine ont annoncé une nouvelle ébauche d’accord visant à mettre fin à la guerre entre la Russie et l’Ukraine. Bob Rae, ancien ambassadeur du Canada à l’ONU, qui a quitté ses fonctions plus tôt en novembre, estime toutefois qu’il reste encore beaucoup de travail à accomplir avant d’en arriver à une paix véritablement durable.
