Bob Rae’s time as Canadian ambassador to the United Nations came to an end earlier in November. He spent more than 5 years in the role. CPAC’s Andrew Thomson interviews him on a proposed peace plan for Ukraine, the crisis he sees at the UN and Canadian foreign policy.
