The federal government and Alberta seem closer to reaching a deal on a proposed oil pipeline to the B.C. coast but British Columbia’s Premier David Eby is pushing back on what he calls secret Alberta-Saskatchewan talks with the federal government. Adrian Dix, British Columbia’s minister of energy and climate solutions, explains his province’s opposition to this project.
