Starting soon: Canada, U.S. and Finland provide update on ICE Pact

Stephen Fuhr, the secretary of state for defence procurement, Kristi Noem, the U.S. secretary of homeland security, and Sakari Puisto, Finland’s minister of economic affairs, announce the next steps in the Icebreaker Collaboration Effort (ICE Pact) between their three countries.

The news conference takes place at the Department of Homeland Security headquarters in Washington, D.C.
