Le premier ministre Mark Carney a dévoilé la semaine dernière une deuxième tranche de projets qu’il soumettra à l’examen du Bureau des grands projets afin de réduire la dépendance du Canada envers les États-Unis. Claude Guay, secrétaire parlementaire du ministre de l’Énergie et des Ressources naturelles, en discute avec Marc-André Cossette.
