In Ottawa, representatives from the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC) hold a news conference to discuss the recent federal budget. Speaking with reporters are Greg Moffatt, president and CEO of the CIAC, Michel Brassard, chair of the board of directors, and Rick Babington, vice-chair of the board.
