Le premier ministre Mark Carney a tenu ce matin une rencontre virtuelle avec ses homologues provinciaux et territoriaux. Cette réunion survient après que les premiers ministres provinciaux lui ont écrit pour souligner à quel point la relation entre le Canada et les États-Unis a évolué depuis leur dernière rencontre en août. Marc-André Cossette reçoit Geneviève Tellier, politologue à l’Université d’Ottawa, pour analyser les enjeux de cette rencontre au sommet.
