A virtual First Ministers’ Meeting was held today, the first meeting of Canada’s provincial and territorial premiers and Prime Minister Mark Carney in months. R.J. Simpson, Premier of the Northwest Territories, gives his perspective on the meeting and on the relationship provinces and territories have with the federal government.
