The Liberals’ budget passed today with some help from the opposition. Two NDP and two Conservative MPs did not vote, while Green Party Leader Elizabeth May decided to vote with the government. Interviewed by CPAC’s host Michael Serapio, May explains why she changed her position on the budget.
