Alberta Premier Danielle Smith makes a health-care announcement – November 14, 2025

Danielle Smith, the premier of Alberta, and Matt Jones, the minister of hospital and surgical health services, announce measures to improve emergency, surgical and inpatient care in the province.

Also speaking at the news conference in Calgary are Jason Nixon, the minister of assisted living and social services, and Rick Wilson, the minister of mental health and addiction.
