Canada’s correctional investigator discusses latest report – November 12, 2025

Ivan Zinger, the correctional investigator of Canada, holds a news conference in Ottawa to discuss his annual report. The report addresses access to and quality of mental health care in the federal prison service.

This is Zinger’s final press conference as Canada’s correctional watchdog before he steps down in January.
