MPs speak with reporters on Parliament Hill as they convene for the daily question period in the House of Commons.

Conservative House leader Andrew Scheer, Green Party Leader Elizabeth May, Jobs Minister Patty Hajdu, Liberal MPs Judy Sgro, Peter Fragiskatos, Ernie Klassen and Kody Blois, and Conservative MP Michelle Rempel Garner give their thoughts on Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux’s recent announcement that he intends to resign as a member of Parliament.

May also comments on the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) cull of an ostrich flock at a farm in B.C. The CFIA’s actions came one day after the Supreme Court dismissed an appeal that sought to stop the cull of the flock over avian flu infection concerns.
