Budget: Besoin de plus de travailleurs étrangers temporaires, disent les chambres de commerce

Dans le milieu des affaires, plusieurs saluent les mesures d’investissement prévues au budget, mais des doutes persistent quant à la capacité d’Ottawa de relancer réellement la croissance économique. Véronique Proulx, présidente-directrice générale de la Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, souligne entre autres que la réduction envisagée du nombre de travailleurs étrangers temporaires pourrait freiner les entreprises déjà touchées par la pénurie de main-d’œuvre. Elle en discute avec Marc-André Cossette.
