Québec lance un vaste ménage dans la fonction publique avec le projet de loi 7

La ministre du Conseil du trésor et ministre responsable de l’Administration gouvernementale et de l’Efficacité de l’État, France‑Élaine Duranceau, a présenté aujourd’hui à Québec le projet de loi 7, enclenchant ce que le gouvernement appelle le « grand ménage de la bureaucratie ». Près de quarante organismes seront abolis ou fusionnés, tandis que les hauts fonctionnaires comme les sous-ministres devront aussi faire l’objet d’une plus grande imputabilité. Québec affirme que cette restructuration vise à améliorer l’efficacité de l’État et à simplifier les processus administratifs. Elle est accompagnée de l’adjointe parlementaire de la ministre responsable de l’Administration gouvernementale, Stéphanie Lachance. (5 novembre 2025)
