Speaking with reporters in Ottawa, Chris d’Entremont, the member of Parliament for Acadie–Annapolis, N.S., discusses his decision to leave the Conservative party and join the Liberal caucus. The Nova Scotia MP’s decision to cross the floor came on the same day that Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal government presented its first federal budget.
