Le ministre des Finances, François-Philippe Champagne, a déposé aujourd’hui son budget, qui prévoit un déficit de plus de 78 milliards de dollars. Invité de Marc-André Cossette, il défend un plan budgétaire qu’il décrit comme un « investissement générationnel ».
