Tomorrow’s federal budget will be an opportunity for the prime minister to rally support around his agenda or lose the narrative if Canadians do not agree with what he’s proposing. Polls analyst Eric Grenier, the founder and writer behind “The Writ”, explains that in the case of an election there’s no clear advantage for either the Liberals of the Conservatives.
