U.S. President Donald Trump’s use of an emergency powers law to impose tariffs on imports will be put to the Supreme Court this Wednesday. Dan Rayfield, the attorney general for the state of Oregon, argues that Donald Trump is abusing his emergency powers and that he should be conducting trade policy by using the appropriate statutes.
