Le gouvernement Carney prévient que des sacrifices seront nécessaires pour rétablir la santé des finances publiques. Mais pour les fonctionnaires fédéraux, ces sacrifices riment déjà avec incertitude, services menacés et des dizaines de milliers d’emplois à risque. Alex Silas, vice-président exécutif national de l’Alliance de la fonction publique, estime que le gouvernement s’apprête à couper aux mauvais endroits.
