Ce qui s’annonce comme la plus grande bataille à ce jour dans la guerre commerciale menée par Donald Trump est sur le point de débuter. Ce mercredi, la Cour suprême des États-Unis entendra les arguments d’entreprises et d’États américains qui soutiennent que l’ex-président a outrepassé ses pouvoirs en invoquant une loi sur la sécurité nationale pour imposer des droits de douane à presque tous les pays. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, l’ancien procureur fédéral Eric Lisann nous aide à décortiquer les arguments présentés devant la Cour suprême.
