Rencontre entre Mark Carney et Xi Jinping: Un succès, selon un ex-ambassadeur du Canada en Chine

Le premier ministre Mark Carney a tenu une rencontre très attendue avec le président chinois Xi Jinping en marge du sommet de l’APEC, en Corée du Sud. Le président Xi a profité de l’occasion pour inviter M. Carney à se rendre en Chine. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, Guy Saint-Jacques, ancien ambassadeur du Canada en Chine, estime qu’il s’agit d’un succès pour les deux pays.
