In Moncton, N.B., Dominic LeBlanc, federal minister responsible for Canada-U.S. Trade and intergovernmental affairs, makes an announcement to help address the substance abuse crisis in Atlantic Canada.

He is joined by Ginette Petitpas-Taylor, Liberal MP for Moncton-Dieppe.
