Nous sommes à moins d’une semaine du budget fédéral, qui devrait prévoir des investissements de plus de 300 milliards de dollars pour la Défense nationale au cours des vingt prochaines années, afin de respecter les engagements du Canada envers l’OTAN. Marc-André Cossette reçoit Jason Jacques, directeur parlementaire du budget par intérim, qui s’interroge sur la capacité du gouvernement à dépenser efficacement ces sommes.
