Newfoundland and Labrador Lieutenant-Governor Joan Marie Aylward presides over a swearing-in ceremony for Premier Tony Wakeham and members of his cabinet. Wakeham’s progressive conservatives are forming government after winning a majority of seats in the October 14 provincial general election.

The premier takes questions from reporters following the event.
