Mark Carney et Donald Trump sont tous deux en Corée du Sud pour le sommet de l’APEC, mais rien ne laisse croire qu’ils souhaitent profiter de l’occasion pour apaiser leurs relations. Catherine Loubier, ex-déléguée générale du Québec à New York et ancienne conseillère principale de Stephen Harper, estime que Mark Carney adopte la mauvaise approche face à Donald Trump.
