Développer des liens économiques avec la Chine: Un incontournable pour le Canada?

Le premier ministre Mark Carney est actuellement en Asie afin de stimuler les exportations canadiennes hors des États-Unis. Cela suppose toutefois de rebâtir des ponts avec deux acteurs incontournables : l’Inde et la Chine. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, Yves Tiberghien, doyen et professeur distingué à l’École d’économie et de sciences politique de Taipei de l’Université nationale Tsing Hua à Taïwan, estime qu’il est possible pour le Canada de renforcer ses liens économiques avec la Chine tout en se prémunissant contre son ingérence.
