Prime Minister Mark Carney delivers a brief statement to reporters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he is attending 47th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit. The statement comes following renewed threats from U.S. President Donald Trump to raise tariffs on imports from Canada.
