Trump arrête les négociations avec le Canada : Une opportunité pour la Chine?

Le président américain Donald Trump a annoncé aujourd’hui la fin des négociations commerciales avec le Canada, au moment même où le premier ministre Mark Carney s’apprête à entreprendre une tournée en Asie pour renforcer les liens économiques du pays au-delà des États-Unis. Selon l’ancien ambassadeur du Canada en Chine, Guy Saint-Jacques, cette décision de Trump pourrait paradoxalement rapprocher Ottawa et Pékin.
