Starting soon: Defence Minister David McGuinty addresses Empire Club of Canada

In Toronto, Defence Minister David McGuinty delivers a speech to the Empire Club of Canada on how the government will reach its NATO defence spending target while growing domestic industries and creating jobs.

Following his speech, the minister takes part in a discussion with Lisa Raitt, the vice chair of global investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets.
