le PM Mark Carney réagit à la rupture des négociations avec les États-Unis. «On ne peut pas contrôler la politique commerciale des É.-U. », dit-il. Mais, «on peut contrôler comment bâtir cette économie ici. Ce sera l’objectif du budget.»
