Le ministre de la Justice, Sean Fraser, a déposé ce matin le projet de loi C-14, qui vise à modifier les règles de mise en liberté sous caution ainsi que la détermination des peines. En entrevue avec Marc-André Cossette, la secrétaire parlementaire du ministre, Patricia Lattanzio, défend cette réforme du Code criminel.
