The TRU Wellness Centre presents: Colour Me Calm.

Join us for a mental health event that blends art and self-care through stone painting, colouring and bracelet-making.

Date: Thursday, Nov. 13

Time: 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Location: Campus Activity Centre (outside Wolfie’s Campus Store)

Take a break, relax and get creative while we discuss the importance of mental health hygiene.

Everyone is welcome.
