Un temps d’attente qui a doublé à l’ARC: Entrevue avec la vérificatrice générale du Canada

La vérificatrice générale du Canada a déposé aujourd’hui une série de rapports accablants. Elle y dénonce notamment la piètre qualité du service offert aux contribuables par l’Agence du revenu du Canada. Selon son rapport, le temps d’attente moyen pour parler à un agent a doublé depuis l’an dernier, passant de 15 à 31 minutes.
