German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius and Norwegian Defence Minister Tore O. Sandvik hold a news conference in Ottawa, where they are meeting with their Canadian counterpart David McGuinty.

Minister Pistorius highlights German firm ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems’ bid for a multibillion-dollar contract to build submarines for Canada.
